Why a Panel Instead of a Poured Slab
These panels give the structural and acoustic benefits of a concrete slab without the mesh, formwork, and wet pour. Each 2700mm panel spans multiple joists to stiffen the floor and cut deflection, and fixes straight to steel or timber joists to shorten the build. Floorsure is a high-density non-combustible structural panel at 2700×600×30, moisture, rot, and termite resistant, and suited to bushfire-prone zones.
