Bradford Thermoseal™ Resiwrap is an Extra Heavy Duty aluminium foil and polyweave wall wrap and roof sarking laminate containing a fire retardant hot melt adhesive. This product meets the requirements of the AS/NZS 4200.1 and is suitable for use in Australian residential applications

Bradford Thermoseal™ Resiwrap is suitable behind brick veneer and underneath metal sheet roofs. The reflective aluminium side should face inward towards the internal roof cavity and the non-reflective polymeric side should face outward towards the external roof. To achieve thermal performance the reflective surface must be facing a minimum 100mm air cavity in the roof space. This product is suitable for use in BAL regions 12.5 to FZ in accordance with AS 3959
